Create your copy
Open My List and choose Create backup. Copy the entire text from the output field into a note or document. The text describes the titles and checkpoints you saved; it contains no video files and no viewing-service passwords.
Bring it to another browser
Open Cinebloom's My List in the destination browser. Paste the complete text into Restore backup and select Merge backup. Recognised titles are added without duplicating existing saved entries. Existing checkpoints are kept rather than overwritten by an older copy.
Read the result
The confirmation explains how many entries were added and whether anything was skipped. A backup from another brand, incomplete text or an unsupported format will not be treated as a valid Cinebloom backup. Keep your original copy until you have checked the restored list.
When to make a fresh backup
Do it before clearing browser data, changing computers or depending on a long list during travel. A backup is a snapshot of your choices at that moment. If you add films or update checkpoints afterwards, create another copy to include those changes.
